How can I make a reservation?
You can place a reservation for an overnight stay at our hotel via our own website. Would you like to make a reservation for groups (more than eight rooms)? Then please contact us via reservations@ibis-tilburg.nl
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Whether you can cancel your booking free of charge depends on the type of rate you set when making your reservation. See the various options below:
What is the easiest way to reach the hotel by car?
Hotel ibis Tilburg is located near the centre of Tilburg. On the A58 from Eindhoven, take exit 11 towards Tilburg-Centrum. When entering Tilburg, keep on Tilburg-West.
From Breda, on the A58, take exit 11 towards Tilburg-Centrum-West.
Are you using navigation? Then navigate to Dr Hub van Doorneweg 105.
What room types do you offer?
We offer two types of standard rooms, namely a standard room with one double bed and a standard room with two separate single beds.
Unfortunately, we do not offer family rooms, but we do have some connecting rooms available. These are two rooms next to each other and the door between them can be opened. This still gives you the space of a family room.

What are today's room rates?
The prices of our hotel rooms fluctuate and vary from day to day. Check for current prices our website. Current prices do not include CityTax.
Is it possible to eat at the hotel?
The restaurant in our hotel has the cosy atmosphere of a brown café with Brabant hospitality. The kitchen is open daily until 21:00, after which you can still enjoy various snacks. View From Monday to Saturday we use our menu, view our menu here. On Sundays, you can enjoy our pizza menu.
How does the hotel take care of your medical well-being?
At our hotel, your wellbeing is our main focus. We offer access to AXA's medical services to help with non-urgent medical situations. Contact our reception for more information.

How can I easily book a taxi during my stay?

How can I make a reservation?
Would you like to make a reservation of 8 rooms or more?
To do so, please send an e-mail to reservations@ibis-tilburg.nl describing your requirements and our colleagues will check availability for you and send you a suitable quote.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Should you unexpectedly have to cancel all or part of your group booking, you can find below which cancellation conditions apply to your group. We distinguish between reservations up to 30 rooms and reservations from 30 rooms:

Can I park at the hotel?
It is possible to park at our hotel for €7.50 per night.
TIP! If you book directly with us (through Accor), parking is free.
Are there options to charge my electric car?
It is possible to charge your electric car in the Hotel ibis Tilburg car park. There are four parking spaces with an electric charging station available.
Where can I park my bike?
Our hotel has a small bicycle shed near the entrance where you can park your bike under cover. This bicycle shed is not guarded.
Can I rent bikes and what does it cost?
We have bicycles available for hire. In the lobby, you can scan a QR code to which you can download the MyHotelBike application. Through this, you can rent an available bike. This is completely free (only €0.10 to verify bank account for guarantee).
Is ibis Tilburg located far from the centre of Tilburg?
Ibis Tilburg is not far from the centre of Tilburg. In fact, within 10 minutes' drive by car, you are right in the centre. By bicycle, you can reach the centre within 15 minutes.
TIP! If you want to park in the centre of Tilburg, we recommend parking at Heuvelpoort car park. This car park is right in the centre of Tilburg.
Can I take public transport to the city centre?
From ibis Tilburg it is very easy to reach the city centre by public transport. Bus stop 'Dr. Hub van Doorneweg' is located opposite our hotel. Arriva Bus 8 takes you to the 'Centraal Station Tilburg' bus stop within 13 minutes. From there, it is a 5-minute walk to the city centre. This bus departs every 30 minutes on weekdays. For up-to-date information on public transport, we recommend visiting the website of 9292 to consult.
What time can I check in?
You can check in from 15:00. If you wish to check in earlier (from 11:00), this is subject to our availability on your arrival date. The charge for this is €35.00. We cannot guarantee a check-in before 15:00.
If you would like to check in earlier but unfortunately this is not possible? You can drop off your luggage for safekeeping at our Front Office. This is free of charge and at your own risk. They will store your luggage in the baggage claim area. Using your ticket, you can collect your luggage later.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out is possible until 12 noon. Would you like to use the hotel room for longer? If the room is available, you can take advantage of a late check-out. For an additional €15.00 you can use the room until 14:00. For €35.00 you will have the room available until 18:00. Ask our Welcomers for the possibilities.
Is there a bath in my hotel room?
Unfortunately, our hotel rooms are not equipped with a bathtub.
Can all the windows in my hotel room open?
In our hotel rooms, it is possible to open the windows.
Is there a balcony in my hotel room?
Unfortunately, our hotel rooms are not equipped with a balcony.
Is there a cot available in my hotel room?
It is possible to place a baby cot in your hotel room. This is completely free of charge and can be placed in the room upon request.
Is there a mini bar in my room?
There is no minibar in your room. It is possible to enjoy a delicious snack and drink downstairs in our bar. Should medication need to be kept refrigerated for medical necessity, it is possible to refrigerate your medication at our Front Office.
Is there always someone present at reception?
Our reception is manned 24 hours. So there is always someone ready to help you. Should you wish to reach the reception from your hotel room, you can dial number 9 using the available phone.
What to do if the front entrance is closed at a later date?
Coming back to the hotel at a later time and the front entrance is closed? Then ring the bell at the front entrance or use the intercom. The night porter will open the door for you so you can enter the hotel.
Can the reception provide me with activities in Tilburg?
We have trained Welcomers who can happily tell you all the great places and activities in Tilburg. Ask our Welcomers for more information or take a look at Discover Tilburg. There you will find all of Tilburg's hotspots.
Is there wifi in the hotel?
There are two types of Wi-Fi available in the hotel. First, you can use our free wifi network. This is a public network called 'ibis Tilburg'. Next, we have a faster, premium wifi. For this, we charge €9.95 per 24 hours. If you would like to use this, you can request it from our Welcomers.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed. You pay a supplement of €15 per night per pet for this. There is a maximum of 2 pets per hotel room.
Do I need to identify myself during check-in?
During check-in, you must identify yourself with a valid proof of identity in accordance with Dutch law.
Until what age does my child need parental supervision?
From eighteen years and above, your child does not need parental permission to stay overnight with us. If your child is under eighteen, we would like to receive a written declaration from the parents/guardian including signature. It is also important that we receive a photo of a valid ID where only the name and photo are visible.
Are there non-smoking rooms in the hotel?
At ibis Tilburg, all rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is therefore not allowed. Smoking in the room will have consequences and a fine of €150 will be imposed.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel for a while?
You can drop off your luggage for safekeeping at our Front Office. This is free of charge and at your own risk. They will store your luggage in the baggage claim area. Using your ticket, you can collect your luggage later.
At what times can I use breakfast?
You can come and enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. On Saturday and Sunday, you can enjoy breakfast a little longer, from 07:00 to 11:00.
Is it possible to book breakfast later?
Have you not booked a breakfast, but would still like to enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet? Then it is possible to book an extra breakfast upon arrival. The cost is €18.50 per person.
Can I order room service?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order room service. However, you can place your order downstairs and then take it to your room yourself.
Can my allergies and/or dietary requirements be taken into account?
It is always possible to accommodate your allergies and/or dietary requirements. We offer plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Discuss your wishes with one of our staff members. They will be happy to help you.
Can I pay with cash?
From 1 March 2024, we will only accept debit card payments. Cash payments are no longer possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I pay by credit card?
It is possible to pay with the following credit cards with us: VISA, V PAY, Mastercard, AMEX and MAESTRO. PIN is, of course, also possible.
I would like to pay split, is that possible?
It is possible to pay split. You can indicate your wishes to one of our Welcomers. They can split the bill for you.
