How can I make a reservation?
You can place a reservation for an overnight stay in our hotel through our own website. Would you like to make a reservation for groups (more than eight rooms)? Please contact us at reservations@ibis-tilburg.nl
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Whether you can cancel your reservation free of charge depends on the type of reservation you made. If you have booked a room with a refundable rate, then there is no cancellation fee until 1 day before arrival (till 23:59). After this the first night will be charged. If you have booked a room with a non-refundable rate, it is not possible to cancel free of charge and the full amount will be charged in case of cancellation or change.
What is the easiest way to reach the hotel by car?
Hotel ibis Tilburg is located near the center of Tilburg. From Eindhoven on the A58, take exit 11 (to N269) towards Tilburg-Centrum. When entering Tilburg, keep on Tilburg-West.
From Breda, on the A58 take exit 11 towards Tilburg-Centrum-West.

What types of rooms do you offer?
We offer different types of rooms. For example, you can stay with us in a standard room with a double bed or a standard room with two separate single beds. There are also a number of connecting rooms that can be used as family rooms. For more information on room availability, please check our website. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What are today’s room rates?
Our hotel room rates fluctuate and vary from day to day. Please check our website for current prices. Current prices do not include CityTax.
Is it possible to eat at the hotel?
The restaurant in our hotel has the cozy atmosphere of a brown café with Brabant hospitality. The central meeting place in the restaurant is the original Heineken bar. The kitchen is open daily until 21:00, after that you can still enjoy various snacks. Take a look at our menu here. From Monday to Saturday we use our menu, on Sunday you can enjoy our pizza menu.
How does the hotel address your medical well-being?
At our hotel, your well-being is our priority. We provide access to AXA medical services to assist with non-urgent medical situations. Please contact our reception for more information.

What is the easiest way to book a taxi during my stay?

How can I make a reservation?
Would you like to make a reservation from 8 rooms up to a maximum of 40 rooms?
Please send an e-mail to reservations@ibis-tilburg.nl describing your wishes and our colleagues will check availability for you and send you a suitable quote.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Should you unexpectedly have to cancel all or part of your group booking, you can find below which cancellation conditions apply to your group. We distinguish between reservations of up to 30 rooms and reservations of 30 rooms or more:
Reservations up to 30 rooms:
- In the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the commencement date, the guest is entitled to cancel the rooms free of charge.
- In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 25% of the reservation value.
- In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 50% of the reservation value.
- In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 75% of the reservation value.
- In the event of cancellation within 7 days before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 100% of the reservation value., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reservations from 30 rooms or more:
- In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start date, the guest has the possibility to cancel the reservation free of charge.
- In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 25% of the reservation value.
- In the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 50% of the reservation value.
- In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 75% of the reservation value.
- In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 90% of the reservation value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- In the event of cancellation within 7 days before the commencement date, we are obliged to charge 100% of the reservation value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can I park at the hotel?
It is possible to park at our hotel for €7.50 per night.
Tip: if you book directly with us (via Accor) parking is free.
Are there possibilities to charge my electric car?
It is possible to charge your electric car in the Heuvelpoort parking garage located near our hotel. There are two parking spaces with an electric charging station available.
Where can I park my bicycle?
At our hotel there is a small bicycle shed located at the entrance where you can park your bike under cover. This bicycle shed is not guarded.
Can I rent bikes and how much does it cost?
You can rent a bike for free. A deposit of €30 per bike is required. This deposit will be returned when the bikes are returned without damage.
Is ibis Tilburg located far from the center of Tilburg?
Ibis Tilburg is not far from the center of Tilburg. In fact, within 10 minutes by car you are right in the center. By bicycle you can reach the center within 15 minutes.
Can I get to the center by public transport?
From ibis Tilburg it is very easy to reach the center by public transport. The bus stop ‘Dr. Hub van Doorneweg’ is located opposite our hotel. With Arriva Bus 8 you will be at the bus stop ‘Centraal Station Tilburg’ within 13 minutes. From there it is a 5 minute walk to the center. This bus leaves every half hour on weekdays. For up-to-date information on public transport, we advise you to consult the 9292 website.
Check in and check out
What time can I check in?
You can check in at our hotel from 3 p.m. onwards. If you wish to check-in earlier, it depends on our availability on your arrival date. We cannot guarantee a check-in before 15:00.
What is the check-out time?
Check out is possible until 12 noon. Would you like to use the hotel room longer? If the room is available you can use a late check-out. For an additional €10 you can enjoy the room until 2:00 pm. For €20 you will have the room available until 6:00 pm. Ask our Welcomers for the possibilities.
My hotel room
Is there a bathtub in my hotel room?
Unfortunately, our hotel rooms are not equipped with a bathtub.
Can all the windows in my hotel room be opened?
It is possible to open the windows in our hotel rooms.
Is there a balcony in my hotel room?
Our hotel rooms do not have a balcony.
Is there a baby crib in my hotel room?
It is possible to place a baby crib in your hotel room. This is completely free of charge and can be placed in the room upon request.
Is there a mini bar in my room?
There is no mini bar in your room. It is possible to enjoy a delicious snack and drink in our bar downstairs. Should for medical necessity medication need to be kept refrigerated, it is possible to refrigerate your medication at our Front Office.
In our hotel
Is there always someone present at the front desk?
Our front desk is staffed 24 hours. So there is always someone ready to help you. Should you wish to reach the reception desk from your hotel room, you can dial number 9 with the available phone.
What to do if the front entrance is closed at a later time?
Are you returning to the hotel at a later time and the front entrance is closed? You can easily open the front entrance with your room key. If this does not work, you can ring the bell at the front entrance. The night porter will open the door for you so you can enter the hotel.
Can the Front Office provide me with activities in Tilburg?
We have trained Welcomers who can gladly tell you all the fun places and activities in Tilburg. Ask our Welcomers for more information or take a look at Discover Tilburg. There you will find all the hotspots of Tilburg.
Is there wifi in the hotel?
There are two types of wifi available in the hotel. First, you can use our free wifi network. This is a public network with the name ‘ibis Tilburg’. In addition, we have a faster, premium wifi. For this we charge €9.95 per 24 hours. If you would like to use this, you can request this from our Welcomers.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed. There is a surcharge of €15 per night per pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per hotel room.
Do I need to show my ID during check-in?
During check-in you need to identify yourself with a valid ID according to Dutch law.
Until what age does my child need parental supervision?
From eighteen years and older, your child does not need parental permission to stay overnight with us. If your child is younger than eighteen we would like to receive a written statement from the parents/guardian including signature. In addition, it is important that we receive a photo of a valid ID where only the name and photo are visible.
Are there non-smoking rooms at the hotel?
At ibis Tilburg, all rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed. If you do smoke in the room, there will be consequences and a fine of €150.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
You can safely leave your luggage with us free of charge, at your own risk, to explore the center of Tilburg.
Food and drink
At what times can I use breakfast?
You can come and enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. On Saturday and Sunday you can enjoy breakfast a little longer, namely from 07:00 am to 11:00 am.
Is it possible to book breakfast later?
Did you not book breakfast, but you still want to enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet? Then it is possible to book extra breakfast on arrival. The costs are €16,50 per person.
Can I order room service?
Unfortunately it is not possible to order room service.
Can my allergies and/or dietary requirements be taken into account?
It is always possible to take your allergies and/or dietary requirements into account. We offer plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Please discuss your wishes with one of our staff members. They will be happy to help you further.
Payment options
Can I pay with cash?
Starting March 1, 2024, we only accept card payments. Cash payments are no longer possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I pay by credit card?
It is possible to pay with the following credit cards with us: VISA, V PAY, Mastercard, AMEX and MAESTRO. Pin is of course also possible.
I would like to pay in parts, is that possible?
It is possible to pay split payments. You can indicate your wishes to one of our Welcomers. They can divide the bill for you.
My camper place
How much does a camper spot cost?
For a camper spot, you pay from €12.50 per night. This cost does not include CityTax and any electricity costs.
What facilities can I use when I come with my campervan?
There are no shower facilities available for motorhome guests. However, you may use our restroom. You may also use the extensive breakfast buffet. On arrival it is possible to book breakfast for €16,50 per person. We also have power points and you can borrow power cords at the reception. The cost for the electricity is €0.60 per kWh.
